1. Privacy Policy
NannyAlbas informs users of the website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of users and clients that may be collected by browsing or contracting services through its website. In this regard, NannyAlbas guarantees compliance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the Development of the LOPD.
The use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.
2. Collection, Purpose, and Processing of Data
NannyAlbas is obligated to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may take place, either by sending an email or by completing the forms included on the website. In this sense, NannyAlbas shall be considered the data controller for the data collected through the aforementioned means.
Additionally, NannyAlbas informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: responding to user requests, inclusion in the contact list, service provision, and management of the commercial relationship.
The operations, management, and technical procedures that are carried out either automatically or non-automatically and that allow the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions on personal data are considered personal data processing. All personal data collected through the NannyAlbas website, and therefore considered personal data processing, will be included in the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by NannyAlbas.
3. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
NannyAlbas informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, except in cases where such data transfer is legally required or when the provision of a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be transferred to the third party when NannyAlbas has the user’s explicit consent.
4. User Rights
Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data grants individuals the possibility to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user’s data is being processed by NannyAlbas, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with current legal regulations on personal data protection.
To exercise these rights, the user must submit a written request, including documentation that proves their identity (ID or passport), to the following address: NannyAlbas, Calle Antonio Martínez Garcia N31 5 izquierda, 03206 Elche (Alicante), or the address that replaces it in the General Data Protection Register. The communication must include the following information: full name of the user, the request being made, address, and supporting documentation.
The exercise of these rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person acting as the user’s legal representative. In such cases, documentation proving this representation must be provided.
