A community of professional Nannies
NannyAlbas is not an agency — but we often work with the same (or even higher) level of organization and care.
This project was born from my own experience as a nanny and a real need I saw growing: more and more families are looking for a profile like mine, and there are times when I simply can’t be everywhere at once.
That’s why I created this network — to connect those families with other professionals who share the same way of caring.
Women with experience, training, and deep sensitivity. Women who understand childhood with respect, and who know how to adapt with empathy to each family and each destination.
I already have a small, active team in Ibiza and Alicante, but I’m always open to meeting new nannies, teachers, or educators who feel aligned with this vision.
This isn’t just about filling a role — it’s about building real trust.
If this resonates with you, we should talk.
Trusted Nannies handpicked by NannyAlbas
Our network is not open to the general public. It is made up of a select group of professionals chosen for their experience, training, and commitment.
All of them share the same working methodology and high standards that define the NannyAlbas seal of quality.
1. How to join the NannyAlbas network
Becoming part of this network means joining more than just a team — it means honoring the way we show up for each family.
- The process begins with a short form, where we learn about your experience, training, and motivation.
- Then we hold a personal interview, to get to know you better and ensure you’re aligned with the vision of the project.
- If there’s a good match, you’ll be invited to join our small, private channel, where we share clear, well-organized opportunities.
We don’t guarantee volume or constant availability. But we do offer a space where every step is taken with care, your work is respected, and quality always comes first.
You won’t find “just another job” here — you’ll find connection, professionalism, and shared trust.
2. What we look for in a Nanny
We seek professionals with training, real experience, and presence — people who know exactly what they’re doing from the moment they enter a home. Specifically, we value:
- A background in education: early childhood education, teaching, pedagogy, psychology, or any child-focused training
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with children (as a nanny, teacher, educator, etc.)
- A clear understanding of the difference between being a professional nanny and simply babysitting — this is a private, proactive, and serious role
- The ability to integrate into each family’s dynamic with respect and autonomy, without needing basic guidance
- Initiative, sensitivity, a positive attitude, and clear, calm communication
- A professional approach: responsible, punctual, and organized
This project is also a great opportunity for active teachers or professionals preparing for exams, who are looking for meaningful extra income — without having to step away from their vocation.
Selection & booking process
The family or agency contacts us with their specific needs.
If Alba is not available, she personally selects the most suitable professional from the network.
We share the nanny’s profile, confirm availability, and finalize the booking.
The nanny arrives on the agreed date, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience from the very first moment.
Would you like to join the NannyAlbas network?
If you feel aligned with this way of working and believe you could be a good fit for the team, send me an email and tell me a bit about yourself.
I’d love to get to know you, answer any questions you may have, and explain how the process to join the network works.
This is not an agency — it’s a thoughtful project, and I like to know the person behind each profile.
