My name is Alba Sellés, and although I didn’t always know I’d become a nanny, looking back, every step in my journey quietly led me here.
I’m from Elche, Spain, and I studied Early Childhood Education and Social Work, driven by a deep curiosity about people — how they grow, how they connect, and how they feel safe and understood.
I’ve always wanted to make a difference.
To work with children not just within systems, but in real life — in the everyday.
That desire led me to support children and families during some of their most special moments: holidays and family travels.
Over the years, I’ve had the honour of caring for and living alongside more than 100 families from all over the world, traveling with them as a Holiday and Travel Nanny.
In the summer, my home base is Ibiza, and in the winter, I return to Elche — although I frequently travel with families during holidays, wherever their destination may be.
What started as just a job has become a way of life — and a true calling.

For more than ten years, I’ve stepped into homes with care, calm energy, and quiet confidence.
I’ve shared routines, holidays, and transitions. I’ve been the person families call — not just for help, but for trust, peace of mind, and genuine presence.
I don’t offer a performance. I offer what children and parents truly need:

The birth of NannyAlbas
After years of working closely with high-profile families, I began receiving more requests than I could personally take on.
But those families weren’t just looking for availability.
They were looking for a specific kind of energy:
Someone calm.
Professional, yet warm.
Someone who holds space — not just fills time.
In other words… someone like me.
That’s how NannyAlbas was born — not as an agency, but as a carefully curated network of exceptional nannies.
Each one personally selected by me — not only for her experience, but for her essence.
NannyAlbas is the natural extension of my values and my way of working.
It’s my response to the growing need for conscious, high-quality childcare — especially while traveling, in private homes, or when discretion and excellence are essential.
